We offer free returns in-store or collection via courier within 15–30 days of purchase.

 

If your sneakers don’t fit, or you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order easily.

 

To start a return or exchange, contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The product name or photo
  • A short note about how you felt about the product (fit, style, comfort, etc.)

We’ll arrange a courier collection or guide you to the nearest return point.

Exchange option:

  • You can choose to swap for a different size or color (if available).

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once we receive the return.

Your satisfaction matters — if it doesn’t feel right, we’ll make it right.
